We follow the charge as it shows up—heat, breath, tension, longing, refusal—and we let the body lead us to what’s been waiting to be released, reclaimed, or brought into form.

I work with artists, healers, founders, and creators whose vision fcks with norms and conventional paths, and whose lives required real internal reorganization for their work to come through.
