About the event

Breath is the great bridge between your body and your mind, your conscious and your unconscious, your connection to your own intuition and guidance, and your restoration of balance and harmony. Breathwork has the dynamic capability of moving, processing, and releasing stuck traumas, tensions, and energies from your body. When you’re desiring to get out of that big beautiful brain and in tune with your body, breathwork is a brilliant self-tool.

This 2-part breath pattern, also known as Holotropic or Pranayama, distributes your own life force energy throughout your entire body, processes and releases emotions, and regulates your nervous system. Every breathwork experience is unique and results will vary within and around clarity, levity, emotional and physical releases, lifting of mental blocks, tingling or vibrational sensations, rise in creativity, felt radiance, and connectivity. We will spend the first part of our class landing in the phenomenal StarHouse, grounding into the space and the elements, learning the breath pattern, setting intentions, and answering questions. You’ll be safely guided through 30 minutes of active breathwork by Carly, together with the aid of the brilliant StarHouse energetics. We'll ease out of the breath pattern into a gentle space holding and integration, and deeper connection with our bodies and our community.
